Completely reimagined as “the house of alchemy and air,” the existing residence underwent a holistic fusion of materiality, energy and emotional design. The design narrative centers on three 3,000-pound geodes (two violet amethysts and one pink) that dictate sightlines, movement, and spatial organization from the point of entry. Each ceiling, floor and wall was reconceived.
More than 4 tons of material were carefully extracted to create space for breathtaking sightlines and elemental connection. Structural reinforcement and steel framing where necessary support the geode installations and spatial volumes. A reimagined mechanical layout with new chases, rerouted ducts, and concealed wiring ensures minimal visual impact and maximum performance.
