FURNITURE
All furniture sales are final. These heirloom-quality pieces are crafted to your specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange.
LIGHTING
Lighting may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping fees. Items must be in original, unopened condition.
CCESSORIES & DÉCOR
Select accessories and decor may be eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, plus shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
TEXTILES
All fabric and wallpaper purchases are final. We encourage Clients to request samples before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
ONLINE STORE
Full payment is due at the time of order, including applicable taxes and shipping.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit/debit cards and ACH transfers. Wire transfer fees are the Client’s responsibility. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of quote unless otherwise stated.
All custom orders are non-refundable after 48 hours. Adjustments requested post-confirmation may result in additional fees and extended timelines. These pieces are one-of-a-kind and reflect the JAQUE commitment to artistry and intention.
GENERAL SHIPPING
Shipping fees are the Client’s responsibility. Ownership transfers once the item is in possession of the carrier. Please inspect items upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
JAQUE offers premium white glove service in select locations. This includes:
- In-home delivery and placement
- Unpacking and minor assembly
- Removal of packaging materials
To ensure a seamless delivery, please ensure the space is ready and accessible. Special instructions (e.g., elevator access or loading docks) must be provided in advance.
TIMING
In-stock accessories ship within 3–5 business days. In-stock furniture typically ships within 2–3 weeks. For custom or made-to-order pieces, lead times vary (see below).
International orders may incur additional duties, fees, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the Client.
Each JAQUE piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Natural variations in color, texture, and material are intrinsic to our process and are not considered flaws—they are what make your piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Our custom production timelines generally range from 16 to 20 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece, material availability, and artisan schedules. Expedited options may be available for an additional fee.
Production begins upon:
- Receipt of signed proposal and deposit
- Confirmation of all selections and measurements
- Receipt of any COM/COL materials (if applicable)
We will communicate any delays and keep you informed throughout the process.
Installation must be performed by qualified professionals. JAQUE is not responsible for improper installation or damage caused during installation by third parties.
All designs, photography, and written content on JAQUE platforms are protected by copyright. Reproduction or commercial use without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in the state of Arizona.
We strive for the highest level of accuracy in our imagery and product descriptions. However, due to natural materials and handcrafted processes, variations should be expected. These unique qualities are celebrated and are not considered defects.
